Quarries-Material Extraction

The raw materials (marbles, granites and limestones) are extracted at the different quarries that supply us. Thereafter, once transported over to our facilities, the stone blocks are squared in order to proceed with the necessary steps for the rock modification.

Thickness Cut – Block Transformation

Once the materials arrive at the warehouse, the stone blocks are cut in the diamond monowire machine. Later, the block is placed on the trolley that takes it to one of the two gang saws where the block is transformed into slabs with the desired thickness, being the usual ones those of 2 and 3 cm.

Transformation into Builiding Material - Material End Product

After being cut into slabs, the blocks are placed on the bridge cutter where they are transformed into flooring, steps, plates, etc. or directly go into the bridge automatic polishing machine, where they are polished for their commercial distribution.

The finished products cut in the bridge cutter can then be polished as maximum thickness plates, bushhammered, flamed, sandblasted, etc.

For specific handicrafts, these materials are manually manipulated or with small machinery by the specialised workers in our company for decorative purposes, interior design, funerary art, etc.

Commercial Distribution and Product Assembly

Once the manufacturing process is finished, we carry out the commercial distribution and the assembly of the materials in building sites or houses.
